We continue to enrol patients as part of the Ontario government’s Interprofessional Primary Care Team Expansion funding. This provincial initiative is designed to attach all Ontarians to primary care by 2029, with current priority given to communities facing the highest rates of unattached patients.
Our team was approved for expansion in the K1K Forward Sortation Area, which means enrolment must now be limited to Francophone residents living in K1K, without a family physician, holding a valid OHIP card, and seeking care in French.
